The Hardcore League holds no authority over any team outside of our competitive league. We only ensure that matches/events held within the Hardcore League are executed as fairly as possible. Animosity among teams is to be expected, we can only ensure that when teams meet up on HCL they will be put in the most controlled environment possible.

As I have lead a competitive team for 6 years.... I suggest that any team that has issues with any other team, schedule a match with a HCL moderator from start to finish and settle your differences on the Battlefield in a controlled environment.
